1) No cancellation fee applied for not using departure flight at the airport on the day of boarding and using another flight on the same day. But, you may pay additional payments in the case of fare difference. 2) Cancellation fee of 5,000KRW based on one way fare per person is applied if departure or arrival of reserved flights is changed. Fees of 10,000 KRW based on one way fare per person is imposed in the case of special discount fares.

• Korean students studying in Japan shall get a 15% discount on regular fares by submitting documents verifying this status
  (school acceptance letters, certificate of registration, copies of student ID, etc. with valid terms)
• Children aged 2 to 12 receive a 25% discount on fares for adults. The child discount is not be valid for discounted tickets.
• Infants younger than 2 years old shall be charged 10% of the adult fare if an additional seat for the infant is not assigned (seat is shared with an adult). Airport service charges and other taxes shall not be charged to infants, but all checked baggage shall be charged.
  Child fares shall be charged to infants with separate seats. Baggage of up to 15kg per infant is to be checked free of charge in this case.
• You may not retroactively use discount benefits after using the flight services.

• You shall not be charged for changing or cancelling your flight within 24 hours after payment.
• Refunds shall be automatically made to your credit card account upon the request of refund.
• You shall be charged a service fee of 20,000 KRW for each one-way trip when changing your schedule for a confirmed flight.

• The carriage of passenger and baggage is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage of Eastar Air.
