How to Use
- Every passengers who purchase an airline ticket can preorder in-flight meal through the Reservation Center, internet and travel agency.
- After purchasing airline ticket, you can book or purchase through homepage, mobile app and Reservation Center.
- The request and services are only available on scheduled routes.
- You can order, change, cancel and receive refund before 72 hours of departure. (You cannot cancel, change or receive refund 2 days before)
- You can also purchase light snacks, drinks and instant food at in-flight Eastar shop.
- Changing and cancelling booking for flight ticket also cancels in-flight meal request, so please check your in-flight meal status at the Reservation Center (1544-0080) or ‘My booking’ page from the homepage.
- Passengers may purchase meals that suite them (children's or adult's meal).
- Provided in-flight meal might be different from the image and sold-out early depending on products.
