How to Use
- Pre-order for EASTAR DELI(In-flight meal) is available for any passengers who purchased the ticket through the reservation center, Internet, and travel agency.
- You may purchase EASTAR DELI through the reservation center after purchasing the ticket or you may make direct booking and payment through the home page or mobile app.
- EASTAR DELI is only available on our regular routes. The inflight meal may vary based on the departing place.
- Order, change, cancel, and refund for EASTAR DELI is available 72 hours before the departure time. (Cancel, change, or refund is not available 2 days before the departure)
- You may also purchase quick snack, beverage, and instant food at EASTAR SHOP
- When the flight is changed or canceled, in-flight meal application will be canceled automatically. Please recheck your in-flight meal application status through the reservation center (1544-0080) or ‘My Booking” on our home page.
- EASTAR DELI is available for children and adults
