第1条(目的)
この規約はイースター航空株式会社(以下「イースター航空」とする)が運営するイースター航空インターネットwebサイト (www.eastarjet.com)で提供するインターネット関連サービス(以下「サービス」とする)を利用するにおいて、イースター航空と利用者の管理、義務および責任事項を規定することを目的とする。
第2条(定義)
①「イースター航空webサイト」とは、イースター航空の情報またはサービスを利用者に提供するために、コンピューターなどの情報通信設備と情報通信ネットワークを利用して、商品またはサービスを取引することができるように設定した仮想の営業場をいう。
②「利用者」とは、イースター航空webサイトにアクセスし、この規約に基づいてイースター航空が提供するサービスを受ける会員および非会員をいう。
③「会員」とは、満14歳以上のイースター航空webサイトに個人情報を提供して会員登録をした者をいい、イースター航空のwebサイトが持続的に提供する情報およびサービスを継続して利用することができる者をいう。
④「非会員」とは、会員として登録せずにイースター航空が提供する情報およびサービスを利用する者をいう。
第3条(規約の明示と改定)
①イースター航空は、この規約の内容と称号、代表者名、住所、事業者登録番号、通信販売業申告番号などを、利用者が知ることができるように初期画面に掲示する。ただし、規約の内容は利用者が接続画面を通じて見ることができるようにすることが可能である。
② イースター航空は、規約の規制に関する法律、電子商取引基本法、電子署名法、情報通信ネットワークの利用促進および保護などに関する法律、消費者保護法、電子商取引などでの消費者保護に関する法律など、関連する法律を違反しない範囲で、この規約を改定することができる。
③ 規約を改定する場合には、改定事由および適用日を明示し、現行の規約と共に初期画面にその適用日の7日前から適用日の前日まで、消費者に不利な規約内容を変更する場合は、30日前から適用日の前日まで公示する。
④ 改定規約は、改定された内容が関係法令に違反されない限り、改定以前に会員として登録した利用者にも適用する。ただし、改定規約の適用を拒否する旨をイースター航空に明示的に通知した利用者に対しては、改定前の規約条項が適用される。
⑤ この規約で定められていない事項と、この規約の解釈に関しては、電子商取引などでの消費者保護に関する法律、規約の規制に関する法律、電子商取引などでの消費者保護指針、関係法令または商慣習に従う。
第4条(イースター航空webサイトの業務事項)
イースター航空のサイトを通じて遂行する業務は、以下の通りである。
① 航空券、旅行などの情報サービスの提供
② 航空券の購入契約などの契約の締結
③ その他イースター航空が定める業務
第5条(サービスの中断)
① イースター航空は、コンピューターなどの情報通信設備の点検/修理/交換/故障/通信途絶などの場合は、webサイト上のサービスの提供を一時的に中断することができる。
② 第1項によるサービス中断の場合、イースター航空は第8条に定めた方法により、利用者に通知する。
③ イースター航空は、第1項の事由によりサービスの提供が一時的に中断されることにより、利用者または第三者が被った損害を賠償する。ただし、イースター航空の故意または重大な過失がない場合には、この限りではない。
第6条(会員登録)
① 利用者は、この規約に同意するという意思表示をした後、定められた登録様式に従って会員情報を記入する方法により会員登録を申し込む。
② イースター航空は、利用者が次の各号に該当しない限り、会員登録の申し込みを承諾する。
イ. 登録申込者がこの規約第7条第4項に基づき会員資格を喪失した場合、ただし、会員資格の喪失後、1年が経過した者で、イースター航空の会員再登録の承諾を得た場合は例外とする。
ロ. 登録内容に虚位、記載漏れ、書き誤りがある場合
ハ. その他会員として登録することが技術的に著しく支障があると判断される場合
③ 会員登録契約の成立時期は、イースター航空の承諾が会員に届いた時点をいう。
④ 会員は第13条第1項に列挙された登録事項に変更がある場合、直ちに電子メール、その他これに準じる方法によって、その変更事項を知らせなければならない。
第7条(会員退会および資格の喪失など)
① 会員はいつでも退会を申し込むことができ、この場合、イースター航空は直ちに会員退会を処理する。
② 会員が次の各号の事由に該当する場合、イースター航空はサービスの利用を制限または停止させることができる。
イ. 登録申込時に虚位の内容を記載したり、2個以上のIDによって二重登録する場合
ロ. イースター航空webサイトで購入した航空券などの代金の支払債務、その他サイトの利用と関連した会員が負担する債務を不履行する場合
ハ. 他人のイースター航空webサイトの利用を妨害したり、他人の個人情報を盗用するなど、電子取引の秩序を侵害、威嚇する場合
ニ.イースター航空webサイトを利用して、この規約が禁止する行為または法令、公序良俗などに反する行為をする場合
③ イースター航空のサービスの利用を制限、停止する場合は、事前にその事由、日付、期間を電子メール、電話、書面などにより、当該利用者に通知する。ただし、緊急を要する場合は、措置した後に通知することができる。
④ イースター航空のサービス利用を制限、停止させた後、その制裁事由になる行為が繰り返されたり、30日以内にその事由が是正されない場合、イースター航空は会員の資格を剥奪することができる。
⑤ イースター航空の会員資格を剥奪する場合は、会員登録を抹消し、抹消前に会員にこれを通知する。
⑥ サービス利用の制限、停止、会員資格の剥奪による損害に対して、イースター航空は責任を負わない。
第8条(会員に対する通知)
① 会員に対して通知する場合は、会員が提出した電子メールアドレスにすることができる。
② イースター航空は、不特定多数の会員に通知する場合、1週間以上公示することにより、個別通知に代えることができ、やむを得ない場合は事前に公示期間を短縮したり、省略することができる。ただし、会員ご自身の取引に関連して重大な影響を与える事項については、個別通知をする。
第9条(購入の申し込み)
利用者は以下の方法によって購入の申込みをすることができる。
① 氏名、住所、電話番号の入力
② 商品またはサービスの選択
③ 支払方法の選択
④ この規約に同意する表示
第10条(契約の成立)
① イースター航空は、第9条に定めた方法による購入の申込みに対して、次の各号に該当しない限り承諾する。
イ. 申請内容に虚位、記載漏れ、書き誤りがある場合
ロ. 購入申込の承諾が、営業上または技術上著しく支障があると判断される場合
ハ. 購入の申し込みをした金額が、社会通念上正常でないと判断される場合
②イースター航空の承諾が、第12条第1項の受取確認通知の形で利用者に到達した時点で、契約が成立したものとみなす。
③イースター航空が承諾する意思表示(受取確認通知)には、利用者の購入申込の確認および販売可否、購入申込みの訂正、取消しなどに関する情報が含まれる。
第11条(お支払い方法)
イースター航空webサイトで購入した商品、サービスに対する代金は、次の各号の1つの方法によって支払う。
① クレジットカード支払い
② その他イースター航空が定めた支払方式
第12条(受取確認通知、購入申込の変更および取消)
① イースター航空は、利用者の購入申込がある場合、利用者に電子メールを通じて受取確認通知をする。
② 受取確認通知を受け取った利用者は、意思表示の不一致などがある場合は、受取確認通知を受け取った後、直ちに購入申込の変更および取消を要求することができる。
③ イースター航空は、利用者の購入申込の変更および取消の要求がある場合は、当社の事情が許す限度内で、お客様の要求に応じて処理する。
④ 本条の購入申込の変更および取消の場合、払い戻し、または追加徴収が必要な代金の支払いなどに関しては、「イースター航空国内/国際旅客運送約款」が定めたところに従う。
第13条(個人情報の保護)
① イースター航空は、利用者の情報の収集の際、サービスの提供および購入契約の履行に必要な最小限の情報を収集する。イースター航空利用者の同意の下に収集する個人情報は、イースター航空のインターネット会員の個人情報保護方針で定めるところに従って、必須入力情報および選択入力情報に区分される。
② イースター航空利用者の個人情報を収集する際には、当該利用者の同意を得る。ただし、次の各号に該当する場合には、この限りではない。
イ. 法令に特別な規定がある場合
ロ. サービスの利用契約を履行するために必要な個人情報として、経済的、技術的な事由により、通常の同意を得ることが著しく困難な場合
ハ. サービスの提供に伴う料金精算のために必要な場合.
③ 提供された個人情報は、当該利用者の同意なしに、目的範囲を超過して利用もしくは第三者に提供することができず、それによる損害に対しては、イースター航空が責任を負う。ただし、次の各号に該当する場合は、この限りではない。
イ. 法令に特別な規定がある場合
ロ. サービスの提供に伴う料金精算のために必要な場合
ハ. 配送業務上、配送会社に配送に必要な最小限の利用者の情報(氏名、住所、電話番号)を知らせる場合
ニ. 統計の作成、学術研究または市場調査のために必要な場合として、特定個人を識別することができない形で提供する場合
④ イースター航空の第2項と第3項に基づき、利用者の同意を得る必要がある場合は、個人情報管理責任者の身元(所属、氏名、電話番号、その他の連絡先)、情報の収集目的および利用目的、第三者への情報提供関連事項(提供を受ける者、提供目的および提供する情報の内容)などの情報通信ネットワークの利用促進および情報保護などに関する法律第22条第2項が規定する事項をイースター航空webサイトに明示する。
⑤ 利用者はいつでも第2項、第3項の規定による撤回を要求することができ、イースター航空が所有するお客様の個人情報に対し、閲覧および誤りの訂正を要求することができる。これに対してイースター航空は、遅滞なく必要な措置をとる義務を負い、利用者が誤りの訂正を要求した場合、イースター航空は、その誤りを訂正するまで当該個人情報を利用しない。
⑥ イースター航空は、クレジットカード、銀行口座の関連情報を含む利用者の個人情報の流出、紛失、盗難、変造などによる利用者の損害を賠償する責任がある。次の各号の場合は、この限りではない。
イ. 利用者の故意または重大な過失による盗用の場合
ロ. 利用者がご自身の情報を他人に提供もしくはご自身の情報の利用を委任した場合
ハ. 利用者が盗用被害の回復のための申請書に虚位の内容を記載した場合
ニ. 盗用被害確認のための事業者の要請に、虚位陳述もしくは協助しない場合
⑦ イースター航空は、利用者から提供を受けた個人情報の利用目的を達成した場合は、その個人情報を遅滞なく破棄する。
⑧ 利用者の個人情報に関する詳細内容および個人情報保護と関連し、本規約で明示していない事項については、イースター航空webサイト上の個人情報保護方針で規定したところに従う。
第14条(イースター航空の義務)
① イースター航空は、法令とこの規約が禁止もしくは公序良俗に反する行為を行わず、この規約が定めるところに従って、持続的かつ安定したサービスの提供および商品、サービスの供給に努力する。
② イースター航空は、利用者が安全にサービスを利用することができるように、利用者の個人情報(信用情報を含む)保護のための保安システムを設ける。
③ イースター航空の商品やサービスに関して「表示、広告の公正化に関する法律」第3条所定の不当な表示、広告行為をすることにより、利用者が損害を被った場合は、これを賠償する責任を負う。
④ イースター航空は、利用者が望まない営利目的の広告性電子メールを送信しない。
第15条(会員のIDおよびパスワードに関する義務)
① 第13条の場合を除外したIDとパスワードに関する管理責任は会員にある。
② 会員は、第三者に自身のIDとパスワードを利用させてはならない。
③ 会員が自身のIDおよびパスワードを盗用されたり、第三者が利用していることを認知している場合は、直ちにイースター航空に通報し、その案内に従わなければならない。
第16条(利用者の義務)
利用者は、およびこの規約および関係法令を遵守しなければならず、次の行為をしてはならない。
① 申込みまたは変更時の虚位内容の記載
② イースター航空webサイトに掲示された情報の任意の変更
③ イースター航空が、許容していない情報やコンピュータープログラムなどを無断で送信または掲示する行為
④ イースター航空、その他第三者の著作権などの知的財産権の侵害
⑤ イースター航空、その他第三者の名誉、プライバシーを侵害もしくは業務を妨害する行為
⑥ わいせつまたは暴力的メッセージ、画像、音声その他公序良俗に反する情報を送信、公開または掲示する行為
第17条(イースター航空webサイトとリンクサイト間の関係)
リンクサイトとは、ハイパーリンク(ハイパーリンクの対象には文字、静止画像および動画像などを含む)の方式などにより、イースター航空のwebサイトにリンクされたサイトをいう。イースター航空のwebサイトは、リンクサイトが独自に進行する商品、サービスによって、利用者と行う取引に対して保証責任を負わない旨をリンクサイトの初期画面または接続された時点のポップアップ画面に明示した場合は、その取引の保証責任を負わない。
第18条(著作権の帰属および利用制限)
① イースター航空が作成した著作物に対する著作権、その他知的財産権はイースター航空に帰属される。
② 利用者は、イースター航空のwebサイトを利用して得た情報を、イースター航空に事前承諾なしに複製、送信、出版、配布、放送、その他の方法によって営利目的として利用もしくは第三者に利用させてはならない。
第19条(紛争解決)
① イースター航空は、利用者が提起する正当な意見や苦情を反映し、その被害を補償処理するために、被害補償処理機構を設置、運営する。
② イースター航空は、利用者が提起する苦情内容および意見を迅速かつ正確に処理する。ただし、迅速な処理が困難な場合は、利用者にその事由と処理の日程を遅滞なく通報する。
③ イースター航空と利用者間に電子取引に関する紛争が発生した場合、電子取引基本法および同法施行令に基づき、設置された電子取引紛争調整委員会の調整に従うことができる。
第20条(管轄裁判所および準拠法)
① イースター航空と利用者間に発生した電子取引紛争に関する訴は、ソウル中央地方裁判所に提起する。
② イースター航空と利用者間に提起された電子取引訴訟には、国内法を適用する。

第1条(規約の効力)
この規約は、2008年8月15日から施行され、この規約が制定される前に登録した会員にも適用される。
第2条(規約の改定)
イースター航空は、規約の規制に関する法律、電子商取引基本法、電子署名法、情報通信ネットワークの利用促進および情報保護などに関する法律、消費者基本法、電子商取引などでの消費者保護に関する法律、個人情報保護法などの関連法規を遵守します。従って、イースター航空の会員規約は、国内関連法規の改定および情報指針の変更によって、その内容が変更される場合があります。会員規約の改定時には、改定日、改定事由、改定内容などをインターネットwebサイトに公示いたします。

Eastar Jet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Eastar Jet") considers the protection of users' personal information important and complies with regulations for the protection of personal information in relevant legislations such as "Personal Information Protection Act" and "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc."
The Company informs how and for which purposes the Company uses personal information offered by users and measures the Company takes to protect personal information by notifying the following personal information handling policy. The Company's Personal Information Handling Policy may change depending on changes in legislation and announcement or the Company's terms and conditions and internal policy; in cases of revision, the Company notifies changes to users or posts changes on the service screen.
Users are entitled to withhold consent for the collection, use, provision and consignment of the following personal information. However, when users withhold consent, whole or partial services cannot be used.

Eastar Jet shall not use the personal information of the subject beyond the scope this article describes except for cases the subject of personal information agreed to or is defined by relevant laws.

tickets, delivery of various products such as airline tickets and souvenirs
and events, granting and reviewing qualification as best members, providing
customized services, verification of bank transactions and banking
services, purchase and collection of fees

Member verification regarding the membership service details, individual identification, protection from misuse by delinquent members and protection from unauthorized use, confirmation for the voluntary sign-up, limitation of sign-up and number of sign-ups, record preservation for resolution of the future dispute, complaints and requested issue handling, delivering of notifications
C. Use in the marketing and advertisement
Development and specialization of new services, provision of customized
services, service offering and advertisements according to the attributes
of demographic research, provision of information on products by the
company and affiliates, identification of access frequency, statistics
regarding the use of service by members, and delivering advertising
information and providing participation opportunity in the events. (User
personal information is not provided to individuals or groups which request
advertising.) Separate consent is required for use of personal information
for marketing and advertising purposes. Even when the user refuses to give
such consent, there will be no restrictions in the use of services.

3. Consent to Transfer of Personal Information to a Third Party
Eastar Jet uses a user's personal information to the extent notified in "Collection and Use of Personal Information." The Company does not use the information beyond that extent nor provide a third party with personal information without prior consent from the user. Exceptions to this are made in exceptional circumstances, such as where the user has given prior consent to the disclosure or provision of his or her personal information to a third party. Easter Jet is also obligated to provide a user's personal information in accordance with the law, or where a request has been made by crime investigation agencies or supervisory authorities pursuant to the procedure and methods of applicable laws for the purpose of crime investigation or inspection. These cases, however, are exceptions.

5. Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
Eastar Jet will transfer personal information overseas as follows to operate its reservation and transportation system. A user has the right to refuse to consent to such overseas transfer of personal information. If a user refuses to consent to overseas transfer of personal information, however, then the purpose of such overseas transfer cannot be achieved. Thus, there may be difficulties in the use of services.

6. Period for possession and use of person information
Eastar Jet possesses and uses customers' personal information for the period of providing services. When a user withdraws membership, the collected personal information is immediately destroyed to prevent its use or browsing of the information. However, when it is necessary to preserve the information in accordance with applicable laws, the information is preserved in accordance with such laws.

7. Procedure for the disposal of personal information
In principle, Eastar Jet will immediately destroy the collected personal
information when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is accomplished. The process and method of destruction is
as follows:
A. Destruction process
- Any personal information entered by a user for purposes such as membership subscription, after achievement of the purpose, will be destroyed for reasons of information protection. This is done as prescribed in Eastar Jet's internal policies and relevant laws.
- The aforementioned personal information, unless pursuant to relevant laws, will not be used for any purpose other than that of possessing the information.
B. Destruction method
- The personal information stored in the form of electronic file will be deleted using a technique which makes it impossible for the deleted information to be retrieved. The personal information printed on paper will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.
C. Introduction of the personal information usage period system
- To protect the personal information of any person not using the service for a long period (1 year or longer), Eastar Jet shall classify those non-users as a dormant account from June 5, 2019, in a way to safely separate and retain the personal information.
Based on the final log-in date, the period of non-use (1 year) is calculated to separately keep the personal information of the non-users and the relevant contents shall be notified to the applicable user through e-mail and others at least one month in advance.
If Eastar Jet obtains separate request from the user to store the personal information for a certain period, the above period may be set differently.
With the exception of cases with special provisions in the relevant laws and regulations, the applicable personal information shall not be used and provided.
In the event that the service of Eastar Jet is intended to be used continuously until it is converted into a dormant account, please log in to the web-site or mobile App of Eastar Jet.
8. Rights and duties of users and legal representatives and methods to
exercise
A. User and legal representatives with authority are entitled to browse and
modify a member's personal information on "MYPAGE" of the website of Eastar
Jet. When requests are made through e-mail or in writing to staff members
in charge of managing personal information, the Company browses, modifies
or deletes the information. ID, name and date of birth cannot be modified,
but it can be exceptionally approved to change a name due to a changed
name. Cases where deletion or modification is prohibited or limited in
accordance with other legislations can be limited for processing. Further,
when requests are made to modify errors in personal information, such
personal information is not used or provided until the modification is
completed unless provision of personal information is requested by other
legislations. If incorrect personal information is already provided, result
of modification is notified to a third party for modification.
B. Users and legal representatives are entitled to request the suspension
of processing personal information on the website of Eastar Jet whenever
they want. However, requests for suspension can be rejected in the
following cases:
1) When it is inevitable to reject requests due to special legal
regulations or compliance with legal duties
2) When it is possible to damage the life and body of others or infringe on property and interests of others unfairly
3) When information holders do not express their willingness to cancel the contract in cases where implementation of the contract cannot be conducted such as when agreed services with information holders cannot be provided unless personal information is processed
C. Members can withdraw agreed contents for collection, use and provision of personal information with membership whenever they want. As for withdrawal of consent, the Company takes necessary measures such as deletion of personal information without delay when users click "Withdrawal of membership" on the Company's website or contact staff members in charge of managing personal information in writing, on the phone or by e-mail. However, when the Company needs to preserve personal information of members in accordance with regulations of terms and conditions, processing of personal information can be limited. In such cases, members should notify their IDs and identification information to identify personal information, and some services are restricted or blocked due to withdrawal.
9. Protection of children's personal information
Membership is permitted only for people of the age of 14 and over to
protect personal information of children below the age of 14, and the
Company does not collect children's personal information.
10. Installation, operation and rejection of devices to automatically
collect personal information
The Company can install and operate cookies, which store and find customer information through provided Internet services. A cookie is character string information which is stored by a web server on a web browser and is sent for additional requests by the server. When customers access the website of Eastar Jet, the Company can provide customers with services without inputting additional information such as names by reading the contents of the cookie and finding additional information.
A. Customer information which is collected through cookies can be used for
the following purposes:
1) Providing differentiated information depending on each sector of
personal interests;
2) Utilizing for target marketing by analyzing access frequency or hours
for stay by members and non-members and identifying users' tastes and
interests;
3) Providing personal customized services for the next time of access by
tracing contents which users browse with interests;
4) Informing the period of use in using charged services; or
5) Utilizing as a yardstick in changing services by analyzing customer
habits
B. Customers have the right to select to install cookies or not.

6. Period for possession and use of person information
Eastar Jet possesses and uses customers' personal information for the period of providing services. When a user withdraws membership, the collected personal information is immediately destroyed to prevent its use or browsing of the information. 7. Procedure for the disposal of personal information
In principle, Eastar Jet will immediately destroy the collected personal
information when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is accomplished. The process and method of destruction is
as follows:
A. Destruction process
- Any personal information entered by a user for purposes such as membership subscription, after achievement of the purpose, will be destroyed for reasons of information protection. This is done as prescribed in Eastar Jet's internal policies and relevant laws.
- The aforementioned personal information, unless pursuant to relevant laws, will not be used for any purpose other than that of possessing the information.
B. Destruction method
- The personal information stored in the form of electronic file will be deleted using a technique which makes it impossible for the deleted information to be retrieved. The personal information printed on paper will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.
C. Introduction of the personal information usage period system
- To protect the personal information of any person not using the service for a long period (1 year or longer), Eastar Jet shall classify those non-users as a dormant account from June 5, 2019, in a way to safely separate and retain the personal information.
Based on the final log-in date, the period of non-use (1 year) is calculated to separately keep the personal information of the non-users and the relevant contents shall be notified to the applicable user through e-mail and others at least one month in advance.
If Eastar Jet obtains separate request from the user to store the personal information for a certain period, the above period may be set differently.
With the exception of cases with special provisions in the relevant laws and regulations, the applicable personal information shall not be used and provided.
In the event that the service of Eastar Jet is intended to be used continuously until it is converted into a dormant account, please log in to the web-site or mobile App of Eastar Jet.
8. Rights and duties of users and legal representatives and methods to
exercise
A. User and legal representatives with authority are entitled to browse and
modify a member's personal information on "MYPAGE" of the website of Eastar
Jet. When requests are made through e-mail or in writing to staff members
in charge of managing personal information, the Company browses, modifies
or deletes the information. ID, name and date of birth cannot be modified,
but it can be exceptionally approved to change a name due to a changed
name. Cases where deletion or modification is prohibited or limited in
accordance with other legislations can be limited for processing. Further,
when requests are made to modify errors in personal information, such
personal information is not used or provided until the modification is
completed unless provision of personal information is requested by other
legislations. If incorrect personal information is already provided, result
of modification is notified to a third party for modification.
B. Users and legal representatives are entitled to request the suspension
of processing personal information on the website of Eastar Jet whenever
they want. However, requests for suspension can be rejected in the
following cases:
1) When it is inevitable to reject requests due to special legal
regulations or compliance with legal duties
2) When it is possible to damage the life and body of others or infringe on property and interests of others unfairly
3) When information holders do not express their willingness to cancel the contract in cases where implementation of the contract cannot be conducted such as when agreed services with information holders cannot be provided unless personal information is processed
C. Members can withdraw agreed contents for collection, use and provision of personal information with membership whenever they want. As for withdrawal of consent, the Company takes necessary measures such as deletion of personal information without delay when users click "Withdrawal of membership" on the Company's website or contact staff members in charge of managing personal information in writing, on the phone or by e-mail. However, when the Company needs to preserve personal information of members in accordance with regulations of terms and conditions, processing of personal information can be limited. In such cases, members should notify their IDs and identification information to identify personal information, and some services are restricted or blocked due to withdrawal.

Membership is permitted only for people of the age of 14 and over to
protect personal information of children below the age of 14, and the

Eastar Jet will transfer personal information overseas as follows to operate its reservation and transportation system. A user has the right to refuse to consent to such overseas transfer of personal information. 6. Period for possession and use of person information
Eastar Jet possesses and uses customers' personal information for the period of providing services. 7. Procedure for the disposal of personal information
In principle, Eastar Jet will immediately destroy the collected personal
information when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is accomplished. The process and method of destruction is
as follows:
A. Destruction process
- Any personal information entered by a user for purposes such as membership subscription, after achievement of the purpose, will be destroyed for reasons of information protection. This is done as prescribed in Eastar Jet's internal policies and relevant laws.
- The aforementioned personal information, unless pursuant to relevant laws, will not be used for any purpose other than that of possessing the information.
B. Destruction method
- The personal information stored in the form of electronic file will be deleted using a technique which makes it impossible for the deleted information to be retrieved. The personal information printed on paper will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.
C. Introduction of the personal information usage period system
- To protect the personal information of any person not using the service for a long period (1 year or longer), Eastar Jet shall classify those non-users as a dormant account from June 5, 2019, in a way to safely separate and retain the personal information.
Based on the final log-in date, the period of non-use (1 year) is calculated to separately keep the personal information of the non-users and the relevant contents shall be notified to the applicable user through e-mail and others at least one month in advance.
If Eastar Jet obtains separate request from the user to store the personal information for a certain period, the above period may be set differently.
With the exception of cases with special provisions in the relevant laws and regulations, the applicable personal information shall not be used and provided.

8. Rights and duties of users and legal representatives and methods to

A. User and legal representatives with authority are entitled to browse and
modify a member's personal information on "MYPAGE" of the website of Eastar
Jet. When requests are made through e-mail or in writing to staff members
in charge of managing personal information, the Company browses, modifies
or deletes the information. ID, name and date of birth cannot be modified,
but it can be exceptionally approved to change a name due to a changed
name. Cases where deletion or modification is prohibited or limited in
accordance with other legislations can be limited for processing. Further,
when requests are made to modify errors in personal information, such
personal information is not used or provided until the modification is
completed unless provision of personal information is requested by other
legislations. If incorrect personal information is already provided, result
of modification is notified to a third party for modification.
B. Users and legal representatives are entitled to request the suspension
of processing personal information on the website of Eastar Jet whenever
they want. However, requests for suspension can be rejected in the
following cases:
1) When it is inevitable to reject requests due to special legal
regulations or compliance with legal duties
2) When it is possible to damage the life and body of others or infringe on property and interests of others unfairly
3) When information holders do not express their willingness to cancel the contract in cases where implementation of the contract cannot be conducted such as when agreed services with information holders cannot be provided unless personal information is processed
C. Members can withdraw agreed contents for collection, use and provision of personal information with membership whenever they want. As for withdrawal of consent, the Company takes necessary measures such as deletion of personal information without delay when users click "Withdrawal of membership" on the Company's website or contact staff members in charge of managing personal information in writing, on the phone or by e-mail. However, when the Company needs to preserve personal information of members in accordance with regulations of terms and conditions, processing of personal information can be limited. In such cases, members should notify their IDs and identification information to identify personal information, and some services are restricted or blocked due to withdrawal.
9. Protection of children's personal information
Membership is permitted only for people of the age of 14 and over to
protect personal information of children below the age of 14, and the
Company does not collect children's personal information.
10. Installation, operation and rejection of devices to automatically
collect personal information
The Company can install and operate cookies, which store and find customer information through provided Internet services. A cookie is character string information which is stored by a web server on a web browser and is sent for additional requests by the server. When customers access the website of Eastar Jet, the Company can provide customers with services without inputting additional information such as names by reading the contents of the cookie and finding additional information.
A. Customer information which is collected through cookies can be used for
the following purposes:
1) Providing differentiated information depending on each sector of
personal interests;
2) Utilizing for target marketing by analyzing access frequency or hours

Eastar Jet handles the Users' privacy with technological and systematic
approaches to prevent loss, theft, leakages, alteration, and compromise and

User passwords are stored and managed by being encrypted in one way, and identification and change of personal information can be carried out only by a member who knows the passwords.
B. Countermeasures against hacking
Eastar Jet does its best to prevent Users' privacy from being disclosed or
compromised by hacking or computer viruses. The information is regularly
backed up for data integrity and protected with the most up-to-date vaccine
programs. All personal information is safely encrypted and transferred on
the network.
Further, the company controls external access without permission by using a system for blocking infringement and strives to use every possible technical device to ensure security in other systems.
C. Minimization of employees in charge of processing personal information and education for the employees
The Company limits the number of employees in charge of managing personal information to a minimum and makes them recognize the importance of personal information protection through managerial measures such as education for staff members handling personal information.

7. Procedure for the disposal of personal information
In principle, Eastar Jet will immediately destroy the collected personal
information when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is accomplished. The process and method of destruction is
as follows:
A. Destruction process
- Any personal information entered by a user for purposes such as membership subscription, after achievement of the purpose, will be destroyed for reasons of information protection. This is done as prescribed in Eastar Jet's internal policies and relevant laws.
- The aforementioned personal information, unless pursuant to relevant laws, will not be used for any purpose other than that of possessing the information.
B. Destruction method

- Eastar Jet, to protect personal information of a long-term (1 year or more) non-user of service, began to periodically destroy such non-service user's personal information on August 18, 2015. The period of non-use of service will be calculated based on the date of final log-in. 3. Consent to Transfer of Personal Information to a Third Party
Eastar Jet uses a user's personal information to the extent notified in "Collection and Use of Personal Information." The Company does not use the information beyond that extent nor provide a third party with personal information without prior consent from the user. Exceptions to this are made in exceptional circumstances, such as where the user has given prior consent to the disclosure or provision of his or her personal information to a third party. Easter Jet is also obligated to provide a user's personal information in accordance with the law, or where a request has been made by crime investigation agencies or supervisory authorities pursuant to the procedure and methods of applicable laws for the purpose of crime investigation or inspection. These cases, however, are exceptions.

5. Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
Eastar Jet will transfer personal information overseas as follows to operate its reservation and transportation system. A user has the right to refuse to consent to such overseas transfer of personal information. If a user refuses to consent to overseas transfer of personal information, however, then the purpose of such overseas transfer cannot be achieved. 6. Period for possession and use of person information
Eastar Jet possesses and uses customers' personal information for the period of providing services. When a user withdraws membership, the collected personal information is immediately destroyed to prevent its use or browsing of the information. However, when it is necessary to preserve the information in accordance with applicable laws, the information is preserved in accordance with such laws.

7. Procedure for the disposal of personal information
In principle, Eastar Jet will immediately destroy the collected personal
information when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is accomplished. The process and method of destruction is
as follows:
A. Destruction process
- Any personal information entered by a user for purposes such as membership subscription, after achievement of the purpose, will be destroyed for reasons of information protection. This is done as prescribed in Eastar Jet's internal policies and relevant laws.
- The aforementioned personal information, unless pursuant to relevant laws, will not be used for any purpose other than that of possessing the information.
B. Destruction method
- The personal information stored in the form of electronic file will be deleted using a technique which makes it impossible for the deleted information to be retrieved. The personal information printed on paper will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.
C. Introduction of the personal information usage period system
- Eastar Jet, to protect personal information of a long-term (1 year or more) non-user of service, began to periodically destroy such non-service user's personal information on August 18, 2015. The period of non-use of service will be calculated based on the date of final log-in. The necessary matters will be notified to the relevant users through emails, etc. at least 1 month before the aforementioned personal information is destroyed.
8. Rights and duties of users and legal representatives and methods to
exercise
A. User and legal representatives with authority are entitled to browse and
modify a member's personal information on "MYPAGE" of the website of Eastar
Jet. When requests are made through e-mail or in writing to staff members
in charge of managing personal information, the Company browses, modifies
or deletes the information. ID, name and date of birth cannot be modified,
but it can be exceptionally approved to change a name due to a changed
name. Cases where deletion or modification is prohibited or limited in
accordance with other legislations can be limited for processing. Further,
when requests are made to modify errors in personal information, such
personal information is not used or provided until the modification is
completed unless provision of personal information is requested by other
legislations. If incorrect personal information is already provided, result
of modification is notified to a third party for modification.
B. Users and legal representatives are entitled to request the suspension
of processing personal information on the website of Eastar Jet whenever
they want. However, requests for suspension can be rejected in the
following cases:
1) When it is inevitable to reject requests due to special legal
regulations or compliance with legal duties
2) When it is possible to damage the life and body of others or infringe on property and interests of others unfairly
3) When information holders do not express their willingness to cancel the contract in cases where implementation of the contract cannot be conducted such as when agreed services with information holders cannot be provided unless personal information is processed
C. Members can withdraw agreed contents for collection, use and provision of personal information with membership whenever they want. As for withdrawal of consent, the Company takes necessary measures such as deletion of personal information without delay when users click "Withdrawal of membership" on the Company's website or contact staff members in charge of managing personal information in writing, on the phone or by e-mail. However, when the Company needs to preserve personal information of members in accordance with regulations of terms and conditions, processing of personal information can be limited. In such cases, members should notify their IDs and identification information to identify personal information, and some services are restricted or blocked due to withdrawal.
9. Protection of children's personal information
Membership is permitted only for people of the age of 14 and over to
protect personal information of children below the age of 14, and the
Company does not collect children's personal information.
10. Installation, operation and rejection of devices to automatically
collect personal information
The Company can install and operate cookies, which store and find customer information through provided Internet services. A cookie is character string information which is stored by a web server on a web browser and is sent for additional requests by the server. When customers access the website of Eastar Jet, the Company can provide customers with services without inputting additional information such as names by reading the contents of the cookie and finding additional information.
A. Customer information which is collected through cookies can be used for
the following purposes:
1) Providing differentiated information depending on each sector of
personal interests;
2) Utilizing for target marketing by analyzing access frequency or hours
for stay by members and non-members and identifying users' tastes and
interests;
3) Providing personal customized services for the next time of access by
tracing contents which users browse with interests;
4) Informing the period of use in using charged services; or
5) Utilizing as a yardstick in changing services by analyzing customer
habits
B. Customers have the right to select to install cookies or not.
Customers can accept all cookies in "Tools > Internet Option >
Personal information > Advanced" at the upper part of web browser, give
notification in installing cookies or reject all cookies. However, when
customers reject installation of cookies, inconvenience or difficulties may
be caused in using or providing services.
C. Cookies are terminated when the browser is closed or users are logged out.
11. Measures for technical and managerial protection of personal
information
Eastar Jet handles the Users' privacy with technological and systematic
approaches to prevent loss, theft, leakages, alteration, and compromise and
to secure stability of the information as follows:
A. Encryption of personal information
User passwords are stored and managed by being encrypted in one way, and identification and change of personal information can be carried out only by a member who knows the passwords.
B. Countermeasures against hacking
Eastar Jet does its best to prevent Users' privacy from being disclosed or
compromised by hacking or computer viruses. The information is regularly
backed up for data integrity and protected with the most up-to-date vaccine
programs. All personal information is safely encrypted and transferred on
the network.
Further, the company controls external access without permission by using a system for blocking infringement and strives to use every possible technical device to ensure security in other systems.
C. Minimization of employees in charge of processing personal information and education for the employees
The Company limits the number of employees in charge of managing personal information to a minimum and makes them recognize the importance of personal information protection through managerial measures such as education for staff members handling personal information.
D. Operation of an organization for protecting personal information
The Company takes immediate corrective measures when problems are detected
by checking whether measures for protecting personal information are
implemented and staff members comply with regulations through the
in-company organization for protection of personal information.

C. Use in the marketing and advertisement
Development and specialization of new services, provision of customized
services, service offering and advertisements according to the attributes
of demographic research, provision of information on products by the
company and affiliates, identification of access frequency, statistics
regarding the use of service by members, and delivering advertising
information and providing participation opportunity in the events. (User
personal information is not provided to individuals or groups which request
advertising.) Separate consent is required for use of personal information

- The personal information stored in the form of electronic file will be deleted using a technique which makes it impossible for the deleted information to be retrieved. The personal information printed on paper will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.
C. Introduction of the personal information usage period system
- Eastar Jet, to protect personal information of a long-term (1 year or more) non-user of service, began to periodically destroy such non-service user's personal information on August 18, 2015. The period of non-use of service will be calculated based on the date of final log-in. The necessary matters will be notified to the relevant users through emails, etc. at least 1 month before the aforementioned personal information is destroyed.
8. Rights and duties of users and legal representatives and methods to
exercise
A. User and legal representatives with authority are entitled to browse and
modify a member's personal information on "MYPAGE" of the website of Eastar
Jet. When requests are made through e-mail or in writing to staff members
in charge of managing personal information, the Company browses, modifies
or deletes the information. ID, name and date of birth cannot be modified,
but it can be exceptionally approved to change a name due to a changed
name. Cases where deletion or modification is prohibited or limited in
accordance with other legislations can be limited for processing. Further,
when requests are made to modify errors in personal information, such
personal information is not used or provided until the modification is
completed unless provision of personal information is requested by other
legislations. If incorrect personal information is already provided, result
of modification is notified to a third party for modification.
B. Users and legal representatives are entitled to request the suspension
of processing personal information on the website of Eastar Jet whenever
they want. However, requests for suspension can be rejected in the
following cases:
1) When it is inevitable to reject requests due to special legal
regulations or compliance with legal duties
2) When it is possible to damage the life and body of others or infringe on property and interests of others unfairly
3) When information holders do not express their willingness to cancel the contract in cases where implementation of the contract cannot be conducted such as when agreed services with information holders cannot be provided unless personal information is processed
C. Members can withdraw agreed contents for collection, use and provision of personal information with membership whenever they want. As for withdrawal of consent, the Company takes necessary measures such as deletion of personal information without delay when users click "Withdrawal of membership" on the Company's website or contact staff members in charge of managing personal information in writing, on the phone or by e-mail. However, when the Company needs to preserve personal information of members in accordance with regulations of terms and conditions, processing of personal information can be limited. In such cases, members should notify their IDs and identification information to identify personal information, and some services are restricted or blocked due to withdrawal.
9. Protection of children's personal information
Membership is permitted only for people of the age of 14 and over to
protect personal information of children below the age of 14, and the
Company does not collect children's personal information.
10. Installation, operation and rejection of devices to automatically
collect personal information
The Company can install and operate cookies, which store and find customer information through provided Internet services. A cookie is character string information which is stored by a web server on a web browser and is sent for additional requests by the server. When customers access the website of Eastar Jet, the Company can provide customers with services without inputting additional information such as names by reading the contents of the cookie and finding additional information.
A. Customer information which is collected through cookies can be used for
the following purposes:
1) Providing differentiated information depending on each sector of
personal interests;
2) Utilizing for target marketing by analyzing access frequency or hours
for stay by members and non-members and identifying users' tastes and
interests;
3) Providing personal customized services for the next time of access by
tracing contents which users browse with interests;

User passwords are stored and managed by being encrypted in one way, and identification and change of personal information can be carried out only by a member who knows the passwords.
B. Countermeasures against hacking
Eastar Jet does its best to prevent Users' privacy from being disclosed or
compromised by hacking or computer viruses. The information is regularly
backed up for data integrity and protected with the most up-to-date vaccine
programs. All personal information is safely encrypted and transferred on
the network.
Further, the company controls external access without permission by using a system for blocking infringement and strives to use every possible technical device to ensure security in other systems.
C. Minimization of employees in charge of processing personal information and education for the employees
The Company limits the number of employees in charge of managing personal information to a minimum and makes them recognize the importance of personal information protection through managerial measures such as education for staff members handling personal information.

The definition of terms used in the provision is as follows.
Fares table, table of charges, the General Conditions of Carriage, damage relief plan and relevant documents required for application of damage relief shall be made available to Passengers in the Airline’s branch or the its sales office.
ARTICLE 5 PASSENGER'S CONSENTIt shall be assumed that a Passenger has recognized and consented to these Conditions of Carriage and the ARTICLES and regulations established thereunder by purchasing a domestic Ticket of the Airline.
ARTICLE 6 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONPassenger shall follow the instruction or demand by the Airline's employee with regard to all acts related to the use of aircraft such as emplaning, deplaning and any other acts or conducts at the airport and on board the aircraft, and to loading, unloading and custody of Baggage.
CHAPTER 2 PASSENGERS ARTICLE 9 ISSUANCE OF TICKETExcept as otherwise specified, the period of Ticket validity shall be the closing time of boarding of a specific flight.
ARTICLE 12 THE TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE TICKET MAY NOT BE EXTENDEDNotwithstanding requesting extension of Ticket validity before the expiration date, the Ticket may not be extended, and the Ticket may be refundable within 60days from expiration date stipulated on ARTICLE 22. Cancellation/Refund of the special discount Tickets is not allowed.
ARTICLE 13 PASSENGER FARES AND CHARGESThe applicable fares for a round trip shall be calculated by adding each fare for departure/arrival trip for the round-trip or one-way trip.
ARTICLE 16 FREE OF CHARGE AND DISCOUNTIn addition to the fares and charges specified by the Airline, the applicable fare and/or charge, tax, usage fee, service commission and other incurred charges imposed by the government authority, airport operator and the Airline shall be collected from the Passenger.
ARTICLE 19 RESERVATIONS AND PRIOR SEAT SELECTIONAny of the conducts enumerated hereunder shall be considered as unauthorized boarding and the Passenger shall be charged twice of the regular Adult Fare applicable to the portion of the involved passage.
Any of the conducts enumerated hereunder shall be considered as boarding unauthorized and the passenger shall be charged twice the regular adult fare applicable to the portion of the involved passage.
The Airline will accept and carry Baggage in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions of Carriage, when Baggage is presented to airport office of the Airline together with a valid Ticket.
ARTICLE 27 TRANSPORTATION OF BAGGAGEIt is a general rule of the Airline that Checked Baggage will be carried on the same flight as the Passenger; however when Airline has inevitable reasons to comply with the general rule, such as the maximum permissible weight or Airline’s circumstance, Baggage will be carried on any other flight in which the Checked Baggage can be loaded.
ARTICLE 28 INSPECTION OF BAGGAGEThe Airline may inspect the contents of the Passenger's Baggage in the presence of the Passenger or a third party designated by the Passenger, whenever it is regarded as necessary to do so for the purpose of security or any other reason.
ARTICLE 29 REFUSAL OR RESTRICTION TO TRANSPORTEastar Jet shall not provide Excess Value Charge service. The Passengers who request this service may be refused to be carried.
ARTICLE 35 CARRIAGE OF SPECIFIC ANIMALSIn the event that the Passenger has lost the Baggage Claim Tag, the Airline may deliver the concerned Baggage only on the condition that such person is acknowledged as the rightful person thereto and that such person shall furnish adequate security to indemnify the Airline and be liable for any damage incurred by the Airline which may arise out of such delivery.
ARTICLE 38 DISPOSAL OF UNDELIVERED BAGGAGEIn the event that Baggage is unclaimed within one week after its arrival at the destination, the Airline may dispose of the Baggage as the Airline considers to be appropriate. Fish or other perishables may be disposed of if unclaimed within 48 hours after its arrival at the destination.
CHAPTER 4 LIABILITY OF AIRLINE ARTICLE 39 LIABILITY OF AIRLINEAny Passenger, who caused damage to Carrier by his negligence or willful misconduct, or by his failure to comply with these Conditions of Carriage and the ARTICLES and regulations established thereunder, shall be liable to Carrier for such damages.
ARTICLE 42 TIME LIMITATION ON ACTIONSAs for the lawsuit related to the responsibility of the Carrier shall be brought within 2 years from the date of the Passenger’s arrival at the destination, the date the aircraft have arrived or the date on which the Carriage has stopped, whichever is the latest, regardless of its claim bases, and the Passenger’s the cause of action will be extinguished thereafter.
ARTICLE 43 ORIGINAL COPIES OF CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGEThe original copies of Carrier's Conditions of Carriage for Domestic Passenger and Baggage shall be those published in Korean language.
ARTICLE 44 MARGINAL HEADINGSMarginal headings of each ARTICLE in these Conditions of Carriage are for the purpose of reference only and shall not constitute a part of these Conditions of Carriage.
Unless prohibited due to government request, the restriction, prohibition or additional Stopover charges stipulated in the airline Tariff shall be applicable and shall be indicated in the Ticket based on agreement with the Carrier in advance.
ARTICLE 5 FARES AND CHARGESExcept as otherwise specified in applicable Tariffs, Eastar Jet does not maintain, operate, or provide ground transfer service within airports or between airport and downtown. Except where ground transfer service is directly operated by Eastar Jet, it is agreed that any such service is performed by independent operators who are not and shall not be deemed to be agents or employees of Eastar Jet. Anything done by an employee, agent, or representative of Eastar Jet in assisting the Passenger to make arrangements for such ground transfer service shall in no way make Eastar Jet liable for the acts or omissions of these independent operators. In cases where Eastar Jet maintains and operates such ground transfer services for Passengers, the terms, conditions, rules and regulations of Eastar Jet, including (but without limitation) those stated or referred to in their Tickets, baggage checks, and baggage valuation agreements shall be deemed applicable to these ground transfer services. No portion of the fare shall be refundable if ground transfer services are not used.
ARTICLE 13 TAXES, FEES, CHARGES, ETC.Applicable taxes, fees, and charges imposed by government or by the operator of an airport collectible from Passenger shall be charged in addition to the published fares and charges. The service charges, fees, and other collectible charges due to changes in any circumstances imposed by Eastar Jet willl be also collected in addition to the published fares and charges. If a new tax, fee, or charge is imposed after ticket issuance, then Passengers will be obliged to pay it.
ARTICLE 14 ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIESInsofar as any provision contained against or referred to in the ticket or in the Conditions of Carriage or other applicable tariffs may be contrary to mandatory law, government regulations, orders or requirements, such provision shall remain applicable to the extent that it is not overridden thereby. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect any other part.
ARTICLE 18 MODIFICATIONS AND WAIVERNo agent, employee, or representative of Eastar Jet has the authority to alter, modify, or waive any provision of the contract of Carriage, or these Conditions of Carriage, or other applicable Tariffs.
ARTICLE 19 ORIGINAL COPIES OF CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGEThese Conditions of Carriage are drafted in the Korean language. If these are translated into any other language, the Korean language shall prevail.
